It is an honor to accept the endorsement of the National Rifle Association. Formed in 1871 to promote shooting sports, the NRA has been advocating for Second Amendment rights since 1934. I have consistently fought for the rights of law-abiding gun owners because I wholeheartedly believe the freedom to bear arms is a vital liberty, which is why I treasure the endorsement of the foremost defender of Second Amendment rights.
